________________________________________________________________________________ e2 is a new doctoral program aimed at teaching social scientists the skills necessary for high quality research in Economics and Management. e2 offers a number of basic courses tought by faculty members holding PhDs from leading institutions. Additionally, e2 supports a wide variety of optative courses. e2 is hosted by the Departments of Economics (Theory and History), Management and Quantitative Methods(Econometrics) at the University of Granada. All departments involved have a strong research commitment whose output reaches often high quality journals; they are also involved in many research projects, most of which involve international researchers who visit us often in order to participate in a number of weekly activities, structured as seminars and workshops.
